Longtemps attendue, la version 0.29 pour Survarium vient de sortir. Cette dernière est assez conséquente et ajoute un niveau basé à Londres, qui diffère sensiblement des autres maps du jeu. Ainsi, Londres propose des bâtiments avec des corridors qui favorisent les joueurs avec des fusils à pompe ou des mitraillettes, mais également de lares avenues pour les snipers.

Les développeurs ont également ajouté un server browser, mais également amélioré le système de matchmaking. En termes de graphismes, les développeurs ont travaillé sur le rendu de la lumière notamment sur les objets et la végétation, ce qui devrait être à la fois moins agressif pour les yeux et favoriser le nombre d'images par secondes. Pour ce qui est du gameplay, on appréciera un équilibrage général des armes, notamment avec la diminution des armes de meilleur niveau et la hausse des dommages des armes de bas niveau sur les protections des plus haut niveau, afin de ne pas trop pénaliser les nouveaux joueurs. Cinq nouvelles armes ont été introduites pour parfaire l'arsenal du jeu (FN P90, KRISS Vector, MSBS Radon, Valmet Rk.62 et vz. 58 P). Notons enfin en vrac l'arrivée des killcams, des succès, d'un workshop et de statistiques dans le menu.
