Developer Pterodon is working on official patch v1.30, which basically will be a much-improved version of the "public beta test" patch v1.27. Patch v1.30 will be the official upgrade to v1.20.
Up to now there's no date fixed when patch v1.30 will be ready. Look out for news on the Vietcong web site and the Gathering forum.
Note: U.S. players will need patch v1.01 installed before they apply v1.30.
